✿ about me ✿

i began my journey as one half of @vamonos.crafts alongside my momma ♡ what started as us creating together quickly became something so much bigger than i ever expected. through vamonos, i fell in love with making little things that bring people joy, meeting other artists, doing markets, and finding such a sweet community through our work.

since then, life has taken me all the way to the bay area, where i currently reside!! ✿ moving away from home has given me the opportunity to explore a new creative community, grow into my own style, and figure out what creating looks like for me in this new chapter.

that’s where w3irdgir1 comes in ♡

this little space is an extension of everything i’ve learned and loved through @vamonos.crafts, but also a place for me to experiment, create weird little things, meet other artists, and bring a little piece of what i started back home with me to california.

i’m so excited to see what this next chapter turns into ⋆˚✿˖°

i’m currently on the lookout for markets, pop-ups, and creative events here in the bay area!! ♡ i’m still giving myself a little time to build up my stock here in california, but as i create, i’ll be sharing all of my new pieces here and on my website. everything online will also be available for shipping, so you can still shop with me even if you aren’t local! ⋆˚✿˖°

back in san antonio, i began hosting my own events in july and completely fell in love with bringing artists, small businesses, and our community together. since then, i’ve hosted three successful markets, each one teaching me more and making me love event hosting even more. you can see little pieces of those events in my video gallery ♡

now that i’m in the bay, i would absolutely love to find that same kind of weird girl community here!! i’m excited to meet local artists, makers, collectors, and fellow weird girls, whether that means vending at existing markets or eventually bringing some weird girl events of my own to the bay ⋆｡°✩

this chapter is still just getting started, and i’m so excited to see where it takes me ♡

w3irdgir1 is my little corner of the internet for everything i love ♡ colorful, nostalgic, handmade, a little strange, and sometimes a little too much.

my inspiration comes from toys and trinkets, video games, magical girls, vintage stationery, old internet aesthetics, beads, charms, and the tiny treasures we become attached to. most pieces are made by hand in small batches, so every combination gets to have its own personality.

i want w3irdgir1 to grow beyond the things i make into a space where creative people can meet, celebrate their interests, and be a little weird together. right now i’m building that world one charm, market, website update, and new friend at a time ♡ ⋆˚✿˖°
