every single w3irdgir1 keychain is handmade by me, olivia!! these are not manufactured or mass-produced pieces.

i create each one individually using a curated mix of raw materials, charms, beads, findings, chains, and other little treasures i collect along the way. many of my designs are intentionally different each time, which means your piece may truly be one of a kind. ✿

for durability, i use heavy-gauge jump rings and 16–18 gauge wire throughout my work whenever appropriate. i do my best to make every piece sturdy enough to come along on your everyday adventures, but handmade accessories still need a little love + care ♡

my products are accessories, not toys, and should be handled accordingly. pulling, excessive force, rough handling, water exposure, or normal long-term wear may eventually affect your piece.

✿ repairs + replacements ✿

i stand behind the way i make my pieces. ♡

if something breaks because of an issue with my craftsmanship rather than normal wear + tear, please reach out! with appropriate photos or video showing what happened, i’m more than happy to work with you to repair the piece or, when necessary, replace the keychain at no cost to you.

normal wear + tear, lost pieces, or damage caused by improper handling are not covered by free replacement.
